The role
We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This role blends operational support with customer success, giving you the chance to both solve problems in real time and build long-term relationships with our partners. You’ll ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly while also helping our partners maximize the value they get from VisioLab’s AI-driven solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain experience across operations, customer success, and partner management within a fast-paced, innovative technology startup.
What you'll do
  • Partner with clients to ensure successful product adoption and smooth operations.
  • Work directly with AI imaging technology to help capture, analyze, and enhance operational performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to hardware, installation, and system operations.
  • Manage client requests and inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
  • Support on-site or remote product installations and provide training where needed.
  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve products and processes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships that foster long-term client success.
What you'll bring
  • Experience in customer success, technical support, or a related client-facing role
  • High technical aptitude – comfortable with hardware, software, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with AI, computer vision, or imaging technology (bonus, not required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you can explain complex ideas simply and clearly
  • A natural problem solver who enjoys helping others succeed
  • Empathetic and customer-focused, with the ability to build trust and rapport
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Curious and eager to learn new systems, tools, and processes
  • Team-oriented and proactive – you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
