Deine Rolle
In unserem Operations-Team steht die Optimierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse, Zuverlässigkeit und ein nahtloses Kundenerlebnis an erster Stelle. Als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration spielst du eine zentrale Rolle im Entwickeln und Implementieren von Strategien zur Steigerung der Kundenbindung und -zufriedenheit. Du identifizierst Probleme und entwickelst effektive und kundenorientierte Lösungen. Dein technisches Know-how und das wertvolle Feedback, welches du durch deine regelmäßige Kommunikation mit Kunden versammelst, ermöglichen es dir, maßgeblich zur Steigerung der Prozesseffizienz beitragen zu können. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserem Sales-, Marketing- und Technikteam zusammen.
Deine Aufgaben
  • Technischer Support für Kunden und Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und internen Teams.

  • Monitoring und Reporting bezüglich der Nutzung und Leistung unserer Produkte bei Kunden.

  • Optimierung interner Prozesse zur Steigerung der betrieblichen Effizienz.

  • Entwicklung eines tiefgehenden Verständnisses unserer Software zur effektiven Fehlerbehebung.

  • Unterstützung bei Planung und Koordination von Roll-outs, Meetings und Workshops.

  • Verwaltung und Administration der eingesetzten Hardware mit MDM-Systemen.

  • Sicherstellung des Qualitätsmanagements durch regelmäßige Software-Tests und Fehleranalysen.

  • Fachausbildung im Bereich Systemintegration oder einem ähnlichen Feld.

  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.

The role
In our Operations team, the optimization of our business processes, reliability and a seamless customer experience are paramount. As Technical Customer Success, you will play a central role in developing and implementing strategies to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction. You will identify problems and develop effective and customer-oriented solutions. Your technical expertise and the valuable feedback you gather through your regular communication with customers will enable you to make a significant contribution to increasing process efficiency. You will work closely with our sales, marketing and technical teams.
What you'll do
  • Technical support for customers and interface between customers and internal teams.

  • Monitoring and reporting on the use and performance of our products for customers.

  • Developing a deep understanding of our software for effective troubleshooting.

  • Supporting the planning and coordination of roll-outs, meetings and workshops, and optimizing internal processes to increase operational efficiency.

  • Managing and administering the hardware used with MDM systems.

  • Ensuring quality management through regular software tests and error analyses.
What you'll bring
  • Specialist training in systems integration or a similar field.

  • Passion for technology and AI and its transformative power.

  • Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills in German and English.

  • Proactive approach and ability to self-organize with an entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude.
